Cambridge Economic Research was recently awarded a contract to conduct a data quality evaluation and review for the Millennium Challenge Account’s Philippines International Aid Projects. Cambridge Economic Research is teaming with National Opinion Research Council and Economic Development Research Group on this study.
Margaret Collins recently travelled to Manila to conduct the review of data collected to calculate the Economic Rate of Return on investment the MCA-Philippines road construction projects funded by the Secondary National Roads Development Project. Under this $215 million project, a 225 km highway will be upgraded and 21 bridges will be replaced on Samar, the country’s most impoverished island.
